Cancellation Policy

1. If the registration cancellation made before July 15, 2023, no cancellation fee will be charged.
2. If the registration cancellation made from July 15 to August 15, 2023, 50% of total paid registration fee will be charged as cancellation fee.
3. Registration fee will be no refundable if the registration cancellation made after August 15, 2023.
4. Additional bank handling fee will be borne by delegates for the refund.
